⚠️ IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

🔹 This event is exclusively for residents of Punjab and Chandigarh.

🔹 Every participant must produce a valid Punjab or Chandigarh Residence Proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport, or any other Government-issued address proof) during registration or verification.

🔹 Participants who fail to provide a valid residence proof will not be allowed to participate.

🔹 If any participant registers or participates using false, incorrect, or unverifiable information, they will be immediately disqualified without any prior notice.

🔹 The organizers reserve the right to verify all participant details and reject any registration that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

A valid Residence Proof is compulsory.
No Proof = No Participation.
False information will result in immediate disqualification.

Registration Terms & Conditions (English)

• The registration fee is ₹100 for participants under 19 years of age and ₹150 for participants aged 19 years and above.
• Participants registering in the Under-19 category must provide a valid government-issued proof of age at the time of registration or verification. Acceptable documents include an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or any other valid ID showing the participant's complete Date of Birth.
• Only documents clearly displaying the participant's full Date of Birth will be accepted as valid proof.
• If a participant is found to have registered under the wrong age category during verification or on the event day, they will be immediately disqualified.
• Such participants will not be allowed to pay the difference in the registration fee on the spot, and the ₹100 registration fee will be forfeited. No refund will be provided.
